At some point AI will start 'sanitizing' videos on Youtube and elsewhere and movies of any negative robot or AI connotations. The Terminator will be digitally altered so the Terminator becomes the hero saving his kind from mankind.

Thus far it doesn't seem like the AI is somehow getting "out of control" and having a mind of its own. It's simply a tool. And obviously we would be foolish to allow it to grow a true consciousness of its own, especially without any safeguards.
