Great video! Two things to add: Intermittent fasting also helps to restore the natural circadian rhythm of the microbiome AND studies found that IF makes the gut microbes more resistant to stress and help to fight off pathogens!

I used to get horrible gut aches (belly button on down) when I'd eat spicy foods. 🌶 This was a problem, because I love super-spicy foods. One thing I've noticed after a couple months of intermittent fasting is that spicy foods no longer cause me gut issues. Is there a connection, Dr Berg, or just a lucky coincidence? 😃
