Umm mine has been stuck on preparing download for about 2 months

How come you when I download videos I can only watch certain videos without WiFi not all

Mine is saying 1 click settings and it won't download any apps even then I turn it off .

clear the storage on that app specifically wear it says clear cache it worked for me

Didn’t work. Same issue is on both of my boys tablets. Wont allow any new downloads. Says “preparing download” or “0% download” and stays frozen like that. Not even able to stop the download to retry. It also won’t allow me to go into Files and delete the “queued” while saying 47 deleted, but they don’t disappear and it then says it’s not working. There is plenty of storage. I’ve cleared things out as much as possible as far as I can tell. Even with an extra storage microSD card, no change. I’ve taken off parental controls, synced it, switched profiles.... any advice anyone??
