Why does being LGBTQIA have anything to do with getting a job? No one needs to know your personal information at work. It does not have to be a thing. Stop making this about sexual orientation and make sure the employee knows the JOB FIRST AND FOREMOST. This is a fad and will fall off hopefully sooner than later. Waste of time making these damn videos. Personally, I would feel much better knowing EVERYONE can just do the job. Why are people nowadays highlighting sexual orientation? Stop it. Just stop. It isn't a thing at the workplace. We have a gay man that works here but he works and does his job. Stop making this out to be something so massive that isn't.
