I’ve got 22 S model same as you showed with some upgrades like leather wheel and IQ stuff and i can tell I’m very impressed of what they did with new tiguan, btw i sold my 2017 jetta and bought this one.

Great video! I do like VW's clean, German lines. This Tiguan looks nice. Even the base model looks nice, albeit the infotainment screen being the only real letdown.

Even the very base trim comes with cross traffic alert/blind spot monitoring, don't have to opt to add the IQ Drive for the $900 add'l.

The Tiguan, Arteon and Golf are the true European cars, more sophisticated than the Plastic Taos or the Atlas, both have poor quality, the Golf and Arteon are assembly in Germany and the Tiguan is made in Mexico (the Tiguan all space for European market is made in Mexico too) This facelift is very nice

The S still has blind spot monitoring. It also has pedestrian monitoring with autonomous braking. It doesn't have adaptive cruise control, and lane assist.

The price is right. I can get this car or a fully loaded mk8 GTI for around the same price…crazy how $$ the golf has gotten.

It is a shame you don’t get the full blown R with 320 bhp or the ehybrid with 250bhp in the US. Your prices are cheaper than in the UK. I ordered a 2022 R line ehybrid with a few extras and it cost me £40k. But it has not be delivered.

Appears that the SE R-Line black doesn’t have a sunroof but the order guides say that it does. Interesting.

Still love my current 2018 Tiguan only thing vw put a more powerful engine give it some more engine options wether its a turbo 4 or if you can stick a vr6 in it but other than power love my car would buy another one. Europe gets more powerful ones so should we in the US
