With over 100k price reduction at what point do you do research as to why that’s happening? High crime? Mass layoffs in the area? People leaving instead of coming in…. Nah I’m good I got a brand new ranch style home in MA with more land for 350k. Yeah it’s smaller but I also have a basement that I can finish.

Kiwi here, for that cost i could get a 2 bedroom flat in block of 8 with the firewall between units is the only insulation.
