Best method:
Angle OPA = 40 degrees (angle bisected)
OA perpendicular to AP (Radius perpendicular to tangent at point of contact)
Sum of angles of a triangle = 180 degrees

40 degrees + 90 degrees + x = 180 degrees
x = 180 degress - 130 degrees = 50 degrees
Angle POA = 50 degrees

to do it using SAS, we should use the included angle of the both sides but here you are not taking the included angle

Sir we can also directly remove answer without proving their congruency ig because one side of one of the triangles is equal to 90 degree as it is perpendicular to the raidus and then we can half the 80 degrees which is 40 degree so 40 degree plus 90 degree is equal to 130
So 180-130 equals to 50 degree

Question toh starting me khatam ho gaya tha 'po' bisects 80° which is 40 then 40+90+x=180
X=50°
