The gaslight one literally happened at my work to a poor girl just last week!! Almost the exact same scenario, except she's been there for over a year 🤦🏾‍♂️ Honestly that same boss does about 50% of this video regularly, so poor.

hahaha you forgot the part staff being sick and they should still be contacted on their work phone! It happened to me to my last job seriously in Singapore where this company offers skillfuture lessons. I had terrible fever+diarrhea unfortunately on my 3rd day of work. Took 1 day mc, next day die die come back but I ended up going to toilet every 10 mins so I had to excuse myself to go back doctor another mc on that day which already started at 12pm. The day after that happened to be my off day. Then when I came back, the manager pulled me to a room and told me why I was uncontactable. I said 1 I was on MC, 2 it's unpaid leave, i'm not entitled to even check on my work phone be it MC or unpaid leave. Her reply? "We give you 2 weeks after that you can go". Their whole team is so chaotic. No one has proper schedules for lunch time. I asked them, they said later donno what time (the person in charge) then drag until past 2pm, had to settle the finishing classes, then only told half people to rush for the lunch and rush back eat chop chop fast fast. End up eat 2-3pm. So fed up because of that, that was my last job in 2023 ever since.

Some of these remind me so much of working for one of Andy Rubin's companies in the early 2000s, Danger Research.

He later became famous for sparking the 2018 Google Walkouts. The rest of the company was no less toxic.
