At first sight i was malding that he picked those 3 ADCs b'c you cant blind pick those besides Draven. But then I LOVED how he pointed out "It matters more who you pair with in your support". I think its so hard to say any objective "S tier" ADC right now because the botlane as a duo matters so much more than just the champ you pick. v v important

JG is saved. It snowballs harder than S12. Blue smite is pretty broken. Ravenous is great on a ton of AD JGs.

Jungle changes are great. Time will tell, but I think it will be a buff to junglers with no AOE and CC. For instance, no shield on Rift Scuttle is great for Master Yi, and Warwick can clear fast without a Tiamat.
