They're frustrated and can't do the job. The solution to this problem is simple. What the government needs to do at this stage is to allow retail companies to come into the power industry so there'll be competition. The whole industry has been monopolised by the government on ECG's behalf. Apply the same policy that's in the Telecom industry where there's MTN, Vodafone, Airtel, etc competing amongst each other.

The PURC is obviously skeptical about the excuses given by ECG thats why theyre pressing for those specific details which most likely would not be forthcoming and then they would expose the ECG / MoE for their lies. Napo got defensive because he knows the lies arent indefensible. Its clear that he is unfit to serve the people .. he believes he is there to laud and weald power over Ghanaians.
