This delicious sesame-ginger salmon salad is our weekly "go-to" because it's such a low-effort dinner dish to make after a long, busy workday... oh yeah, it's also really tasty! If you enjoy salmon ...and salads, you might really love this one. Try it at home and enjoy!

Cook Time: ~14 minutes

Ingredients
-(2) skin on salmon portions

Directions:
1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 375. Cover a baking sheet in aluminum foil. Place salmon portions about 1’ apart, skin side down on foil.

2. Coat Salmon in Lawry’s Sesame Ginger Marinade. Bake in the oven for 14 minutes.

3. Spread mix greens in large salad bowls or plates. Sprinkle wasabi peas, noodles, and slivered almonds across. Distribute Mandarin orange slices on top.

4. Drizzle Makoto Ginger Dressing on top of salad.

5. Remove salmon from the skin, place on top of salad and enjoy!
