Well, it looks like ChatGPT must be really overloaded. If you are getting an error that says Too many requests in 1 hour. Try again later, it's probably because they are overwhelmed.

Have been relentlessly trying to get it to build a silly Hangman game and appears I have reached my limit.

Due to how viral the service is becoming, it's highly likely their servers are overloaded. If I had to guess, I'd say the site is growing faster than Facebook during its heyday in the 2000's.

Delete all cookies, history, cache etc from Web Browser, restart router device and connection, delete all files temp from Windows and cleaning the system registry solved my problem.
