If they are talking about open borders, getting rid of the electoral college and attempting to turn America into a Socialist country, I submit that they are BREAKING their oath and they should, therefore, be removed from office.

The US Constitution is specific regarding a 9 member court. To amend the constitution requires 2/3rd majority of the federal legislative branch, and a 38 state majority. Good luck with that.
