Mohan Bhog is a Bengali sweet dish that is often offered during Janmashtami, which is a celebration of Lord Krishna's birth. This dessert is made of chhana and has a very creamy taste, with balanced sweetness. In this video, I have prepared Mohan Bhog entirely at my home.

The important steps in order to prepare Mohan Bhog are the preparation of the chhana dough and boiling it. The consistency of the dough is very crucial to get a soft Mohan Bhog and to ensure that it stays intact while boiling. Likewise, boiling has to be done for the right amount of time, otherwise the sweet will disintegrate.

Correction @ 2:58 - 1tsp cornflour + 1 tsp maida are mixed and dissolved in water!
