I noticed a MASSIVE detail in this scene

I noticed a huge detail in the fleets featured in the Mandalorian Chapter 23... a detail that might affect the upcoming battle between the Imeperial Remnant. We'll talk all that and more on today's video.

I didn't notice the detachment, but even before this realization that reinforcements are coming, I was already thinking that Moff Gideon is overestimating just how effective a couple of squadrons of Squints and a few bombers will be against the Fleet, especially given the fact they have Gauntlets AND fighter support. Unless Gideon has a new capital ship or ground based laser we haven't seen, which I suppose is possible, I really think the Fleet will survive, though it will be a spectacular space scuffle (I couldn't resist the alliteration!)! Either way, it's fairly certain that Gideon is about to go down HARD as he's ticked off pretty much EVERYONE, possibly even including Thrawn himself with his proxy assassination of the scientist.

2. It creates another potential link to the Ahsoka series.

They actually have 3 less Gozantis. When we see the full fleet this episode they have 7 Gozantis instead of the 2 we saw last week. Pretty decent fleet they have there.

I’m 100% sure it means something. This season has payed extra attention to ships

Ex: the lack of a SD or carrier when they bombed BK’s palace was a clue the ties were dispatched from inside the system, aka gideons base.

Also, thrawns 100% going to show up. Idk how they could resist an end of season cliffhanger like that.

The fleet and reinforcements beat gideon. With 15 seconds left in the episode, multiple star destroyers, lead by the Chimaera drop out of hyperspace. Cut to black.

You forgot to mention Clan Wren, and as I recall, this Clan have the numbers. Their homeplanet (aside from Mandalore) is Krownest. Sabine were shown in Ahsoka trailer. Her mother, Countess Ursa Wren, can appear with clan Wren as reinforcements. Ursa served Bo-Katan during Cone Wars.

I hope bobas back, after seeing him on the poster I've been urging to see him return since episode one! If he's not Idc too much but it would be really cool too see boba fighting with the Mandos including he kinda owes din a favor after he helped him get the pikes out of tatooine

It’s so tiring to see only the empire with a fleet that seeing the mandos with this pretty respectable fleet was cool. I’m hoping they can get their hands on more imperial cruisers. Perhaps bigger ones.

i think the key thin for the detachment, is if they took everyone, there alot of foundlings that should not be in the line of fire, the small detachment, might be extra supplies, alongside foundlings.

Boba, the Republic/Rebels, Ahsoka, any other Mandos etc should all show up. Even if they didn't expect a problem, they could still reach out

Really glad you brought up Fenn Rau. I was expecting to see him this season and the Wren clan. It seems really strange Bo Katan wouldn't of approached them before going to Mandalore especially with the Ahsoka series just around the corner. I was also hoping to see Concord Dawn too, but they may be saving it for season 4.
