The world is being misled about Parametric Architecture. Maybe, it because magazines and money have flooded the idea of innovative Architecture with sprinklings of the word Parametric or iconic work. Or possibly, the world of Art has overshadowed the collaborative nature of the Architecture profession.

No, the truth is that Architecture is made by hardworking diligent creators and thinkers, most who live paycheck to paycheck without credit. Its excellent to have leaders and faces to our industry, but it should not continue the poisoning of the "Great Architect" theory misplacing the value of the hardworking many making it happen.

Even, the iconic Steve Jobs couldn't have helped Apple achieve their destiny if he only coasted sitting complacently on top of a billionaire dollar empire with his greatest works behind. He had to relate, challenge and support the people making something new.

A solution, to keep Architecture about the community and the team. Resist the glamor profiles. And continuously celebrating those working to make dreams come true, in the studio and out.
