When you spoke on the abstinence I was shouting for joy! I’m 35, have twin girls, I made a decision through prayer and listening to your studies to live for God. Been celibate since July 2018. I learned that long time ago. You can’t change a man only God can! If he truly loves you he would change on his own. Not because you want him to change. Consistent and communication is very important to me.

6) communication Key to building and sustaining a healthy relationship. Engages in meaningful dialogue to improve and strengthen the relationship. The intent to communication is understanding. Proverbs 4:7. Proverbs 24:3-4.

7) confidence He must believe in himself and his abilities, decisions and actions.
