Ans-
In short term I would like to gain exposure while working on all types of projects. I am in fact very excited for the training you will provide to all your employees. This will help me to understand company requirements. After 3 to 4 years I definitely see myself working at higher position in your company and leading a team and helping you solve bigger problems

When I said, I want to learn more things in short term then the interviewer said that they will definitely not give any training. You have start doing your Job from day first since you are experienced candidates. You will get help from colleague if they are good to you else not.
