Lexx vs stock exhaust

Tested on a 2007 Yamaha YZ250F.
In stock condition the YZ has a strong bottom hit and nice power output in the middle of the range. Not too much in the top of range..
With the Lexx installed power is all over the range on the YZ.. The Lexx prices at an affordable $200.

Great job on the video! Thanks! i did notice your spacer is in the wrong place on the mount though. It doesn't go in between the clamp, but rather behind it (between the back of the clamp and the subframe. Put it there and it will be spaced away from the tire better and the clamp will be much tighter on the exhaust.

@NOREMAC770 - It wouldn't work so well. The outer insert is the same diameter of the exhaust core. It is as "open" as you can get. Removing it would just cause turbulence with the exhaust flow (not good).

Yea, I agree good video. I have had several Lexx slip ons and I love them. There is no better pipe for the money. I went from a GYTR to a Lexx and the lexx was better in every way, but weight. The best part is the price.

They are awesome with sound quiet core does make bit louder and without spark arrestor it's louder and its better with FMF powerbomb header as I got them in me quad it's awesome can change any tip ya like to ride with

what would it sound like if for the race tip I just put on the outside piece and not the race tip part that goes inside the outside piece. it's hard to explain but I did the best I could

What size of jet can we put on to make it perfect, I just install one on a 06 wr250f and it bugs a little when is cold or try to give full throttle too fast... Any one that did the re jetting please let me know thanks

Is it possible to have the spark arrestor on WITHOUT the quiet core insert?
