Thanks to increased Budget, the Super Destroyer has been stocked with higher quality Weaponry, analysis Tools and military rations.
While most personell is quite happy with these changes, a select few Divers have asked when Gloom and Impalers can be expected on the mealplan again.
They are currently being investigated by the Democracy Officer.

I just tried to eat bot heads today, with of mcbigbug, and "Freedom Bile Sauce" it was so good! I pooped it and gave it to the ministery of science.

The optimal squad:
Regular fighter (good guns why not)
Firefighter: fight bugs and steel with fire
Thermite from Seige: +2 grenade sand supply pack
Long range demoman: ROCKET LAUNCHER

that's some powerful thermite, maybe you could look into using it to make extremely powerful buckshot for shotguns to compensate for the low armor penetration of traditional shotgun rounds.

just an idea. if you ever need a name for such ammo, i think "doomsday rounds" might fit quite nicely.

Helldivers!
I highly suggest you bring the "Engineering Kit" armor with your Thermite loadout for an additional +2 capacity on Thermite!
Having 5 of them is going to serve you excellently.
Some tips for Thermites:
Hulks, Chargers, Spewers and Factories all take 1 Thermite to be killed.
Hulks and Chargers into the front, Spwers and Factories on any angle.
Bile Titans need about 2 Thermites into the face to be killed.
Factory Striders can be killed in 3-4 Thermites if you hit the same door on their belly. They have seperate healthpools.

I loved the idea of the thermite grenades, but quickly stopped using them as they weren’t doing much. I’m excited to give them another go!

For anyone wondering or new to the game the engineering armor perk allows you to carry 5 and after this update it only takes 1 to blow up a bot fabricator no matter where you stick one to it.

When I saw the damage buffed from 100 to 2000 on the patch notes I legit tougth it was a misstype, turns out it wasn’t and now termites are basically portabale 500kg bombs

I love this buff so much. I use only thermite in my bot builds and now rather than 3 for hulks I only need 1; rather than 2 for tanks, I only need 1 and I get the added utility of being able to just stick one to a fab to blow it up rather than needing the perfect angle to get it in the vent and wasting both them and my supply pack charges in the process.

I use thermites against bile titans all the time now, combined with the servo assisted armour and I can hit them well before they become an issue. Makes fighting them so much easier
