the biggest lie is that they will get in touch with you. roblox support is so garbage it has been 3 days and the only emails i receive are "you're still on the support queue".

I didn’t read the two step verification properly so I didn’t know I needed an authenticator app. When I needed the QR code I just used my normal camera and that somehow worked because it took me to my settings and passwords and it gave my the verification codes. I deleted the codes so now I’m basically stuck because I also can’t log into an app

My problem is a bit similar to this video. When I was about to open my Authenticator 7 and find the 6 code, I realized that the password I just sent seemed to have disappeared, and then I accidentally deleted it, and I forgot the backup code.. So I had to open a new account. I stupidly didn't delete it in advance.

guys contacting Roblox actually works, u just got to be in Ur account to disable authenticator

This method is good but the better way is to go on Google and login to your account that your having problems with.

After that just do quick login and then Your done.

Also this method works when the 2-step verification switch is glitched.

For example
When the 2-step verification is off but still acts like it's on.
