Interesting, but managing a airbnb property is never as easy as it seems.
Time in getting a property ready for the next is the greatest element. Cleaning, repairs, dealing with cancelations, bad guests, knowing Airbnb rules, supplies, linen, etc.. There is a lot to consider because what can go wrong will go wrong, be very careful when signing up to be the manager. It can be a JOB witch can take up your time on weekdays and weekends. And with covid a lot more needs to be taken into consideration.

I currently own an LLC that has a very general name for instance Management LLc for my car sharing car company on Turo. I have have an Ein, business account, Duns number, recently secured business card, and legally registered now for 9months. My question is should I create another LLC for my AirBNB business or should I use my current business that is currently operating. Any suggestions will be highly appreciated thank you.
