Don't be embarrassed, & diplomatically brush aside criticism, if you feel safer taking extra precautions (mask, distancing etc), when others are not, in confined public spaces like aircraft. If you can reduce the vIral load only a little it could still be the difference between being poorly or being hospitalized.

XBB.1.5 symptoms was very weird. i was fine for first five days after testing positive. sixth day, i tested negative.... 7th day, i tested positive again and went quickly downhill. 7th - 8th day was bad.... probably the worst flu ever but not even close to pneumonia i had few years ago.
