Even the less expensive Yamaha guitars are really good, i just purchased a FS 830 for $349 new and its a really great quality built guitar and beautiful in the tobacco brown sunburst color

My LL16 (China made, solid rosewood & torrified [whatever Yamaha calls it] Engleman Spruce top, Ebony fretboard & bridge) with a great under-saddle pickup took about 15 min to start opening up, amazing build quality, and has bumped out my Taylor 214k CE Deluxe as my main guitar!

I love Yamaha acoustic guitars.
I buy them used from FB marketplace for $50-$75 and usually sell them for $200 or more depending on the model or if its an acoustic electric, has a case or gig bag.
In fact reselling guitars was such a fun hobby for me that I put learning how to play the guitar on the back burner while I learned so much about guitars by flipping them. 😊

Learned how to play on an old FG160 and just picked up an A3R. 20urs of playing and they're still my first choice for an acoustic.
