This time I was able to fully charge before doing the test. Unfortunately, the tires were a limitation. It also seems like software 6.2 might have reduced the power earlier than the software for last year's test.

Whoa, whoa, you can't do that!   You have to wait wait for your oil to recirculate.  Was your transmission fluid warmed up?   I bet your clutch smells like burning.    You did a good job not hitting the rev limiter.   You'd do better if you could shift to stay more in your power band. Shift more smoothely.  Don't forget to let your oil recirculate and the turbo to cool before you turn the car off.  There didn't seem to be any lag, was that a supercharger in there?

Oh, wait, it's an electric car.   You don't have to worry about any of that.   :)  God I want one so badly.

It`s amazing to see how much this car recharges while braking down from 200 km/h. I would like to see a video, where you drive down the mountain to see how much energy you would get back to the battery.

Bjørn Nyland I have heard that the model S accelerates quickest at around 85% charge, not positive if it is true though

Hey Bjorn,
You own the Tesla S P85 right ?
Have you thought about to swap the P85 for the new P85D because of its amazing power and other things ?
My dream is to own a tesla in my life...  But the hope is not over yet, im just 16 years old, a whole life is infront of me ;)
What do you do for a living if I may ask ?

regards,

A viewer from The Netherlands

What were the times set for the previous version of the Software?

Just curious; how many kilometers in total, have you got on the Millennium Falcon now?

My math test... 85Kwh = 85000 watts / 697Wh @ 214Kph = total distance you could travel of 121Km (if my math is correct )?   That's actually quite good if correct. Have you done any tests to see if the above might be possible ?
Cheers, Greg.

why don't they use 4 motors? Each for every eel, would make more sense to me since these mmotors are small and there will be no need fot differentials and transmission semiaxle with probably some important weight loss, and yoou could activte each motor for some esp logic or some new advanced traction logic... make a lot of sense to me, don't understand why they use only one motor.

First videos, 0-200 17.5 second, and this 18.6? Updates going to back performance.
