Although I settled on using Income instead of GDP per capita, Luxembourg is still first by GDP per capita. Income is still a better metric though.

Bruh. Luxembourg is a tax heaven, tons of companies from Europe declare their seats to be in Luxembourg so they pay less taxes than in France or Germany. Let' s be honest here the only reason that the wealth of Luxembourg is so much higher than France or even a very healthy economies such as the Netherlands are the low taxes. I'm not saying Luxenbourg doesn't have a well shaped economy, but there is a clear reason the GDP per capita is double the one of it's German neighbor. it's not like Luxembourgians are twice as productive as a workforce
