I got mines on a nice deal. $350 with trade in of eligible device. I came from and iPhone XR and it was a good phone. The connection to WiFi and cellular data was awful however. So glad to have a phone that connects when it does.

Its crazy that apple is on its way towards value and OnePlus is on its way up price wise. I never thought id see the day. I really dont think its a smart decision by oneplus.

In europe you also get free clear case. I dont know why in america they only put case in the pro model

I love my OnePlus 3T phone with LineageOS 17.1(Android 10) on board. I've bought it new, unboxed for $160 last December. It's just perfect for me.
I hate modern glass sandwiches.

I love OnePlus - that said One Plus has lost its way (after the 3T).
It seriously needs to return to its roots of including the best technology into a $300-400 chassis! And no SDHD slot in a multi slot SIM tray??? Out of fashion curves and glass - that began its rush to copy the flagships and lots of superfluous stuff that adds to the price....

If right now in Canada we actually only have the 1+8 with 12GB of ram and 256 GB of Storage available. The difference with the Pro are only 150$ !Do you think it's better buy the Pro version with 8 GB of Ram and 128GB of Storage with that difference of price?
12GB of RAM it's not a little bit overkill 🤔

Great review as always, shame about the phone it should be priced at 500 considering it's very mid range camera and lack of flagship features. An OnePlus 7 pro would be a much better deal at the moment.
