Bob Morton introduces the state-of-the-art training centre in Pontefract West Yorkshire from were we offer driving instructor trainging across the whole of Great Britian. Bob talks about the ethos behind the company and why you should choose LDC to train to become a driving instructor and then take up our offer to operate an LDC driving school franchise in your area both as a trainee and once qualified.

The fastest and most effective way to qualify as an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) is not to see it a three parts but rather to see it as just one where each part is strongly linked, overlapped and undertaken at the same time as the students feels fit. You decide what you fancy focussing on at anyone time although most would ensure Part 1 preparation was finished and passed before completing the final part of preparation for Part 2. In the same way most would ensure Part 2 preparation was finished and passed before completing the final part of the preparation for Part 3. Other than this it is quite flexible in how you decide to complete your learning journey with LDC.

Unlike all other training providers we do not hold back Part 2 in-car training until you pass Part 1 nor do we hold back Part 3 in-car training until you pass Part 2. Each Part is so closely linked and intergal to the other parts that it just makes far more sense to overlapp each Part and start preparation for all 3 parts immediately. No doubt this is one of the main reasons LDC are so incredibly successful at avoiding the typically high failure and drop out rates of other training providers. Unparalleled learning resources, a team of highly skilled trainers and an exceptionally fair franchise to earn while you learn make up the other reasons for our enviable success.

Curious how the instructor training pans out.
Do you have training centres in all regions?
If not, do all trainees across the country use the training centre or only locals?
If only locals, how does training for the rest of the country work?
Do you use a client centred learning approach for training centre sessions, or a more traditional approach?
If CCL how does this work in a group environment?
