Your husband has understandable worries, Youtubers and other online personalities often struggle with a concept called "parasocial relationships", and while you can benefit from it to grow your channel quickly, it can lead to crazy fans and stalker situations. I don't really have tips for how to deal with it, but im sure other creators do.
