Rewatching this scene, I think I noticed something. When Ultron was created, he immediately began to seek out and see the darker side of humanity; war, death, destruction. The vision started out with Ultron's intent for destruction, but then he saw the good side of humanity; life, creation, and beauty. Ultron became the darkest parts of human nature, and Vision became the best parts. At least in some sense, I think.
