I've had my back stiff out on me, very painful and you cannot move for a while, fortunately it only lasts me a couple of hours, but it continues to hurt for a few days. One more benefit of "maturity", along with wisdom and patience. ( I have neither, BTW)

i love some dunkin donuts coffee! they always put too much cream in it though...even when i say "super light cream". oh well, its still good :) i also get a "turbo shot" added to mine for a little extra kick
