The HARDEST Part of Every Pikmin Game

To celebrate the amazing series that is Pikmin, here is a video on the hardest parts in each main Pikmin game. While the series has become a bit too easy for my liking, there are definitely still very challenging parts of each game. Collecting the "Doomsday apparatus" is not hard, just time consuming. Just go to the subterranean complex enough times to farm purple pikmin. I think the hardest part of Pikmin 2 is the Dream Den sublevel 10. It has water everywhere, frogs, a groink, two jellyfloats, and water dumples.

The Plasm Wraith is actually a massive joke, once you realize that Rock Pikmin can't be speared by it's attacks, making a deathless boss fight a breeze.

In my opinion, the hardest part of Pikmin 3 for me was trying to complete part 1 of the Garden of Hope in a single day

My problem with the Doomsday Appararus was that even if you go the entire game using every violet candypop bud and don't lose a single purple the entire game you will still not have enough. 95 is what you get. Meanimg it is mandatory for you to go grind at least once.

also in the 3 bulblaxes cave level you just rush with ochi and they get insta killed for me tthe hardest part of pikmin 4 is that empress bulblax in a small place

Fun fact: In the exact sublevel for Cavern for A King specified in the video I completed it deathless on my first try within 30 seconds just because I brought Ice Pikmin with me. I didn't even need to use sprays I just used the fully upgraded Oatchi rush and that was it. The final dungeon is honestly kind of a joke once you realize you don't need Blues you can just bring 50 Ice Pikmin and the dungeon has no fighting chance most of the time (except the Toxstool and Blizzarding Blowhog debatably, and of course the Sirehound). If that's the hardest thing 4 has to offer that's honestly pathetic

Pikmin 4 Was Just Way Too Easy, Pikmin 2 Is Hard But Bearable and pikmin 1 is hell on earth.

Edit: My personal hardest parts are: Pikmin 1, Emperor Bulblax (Haven't done Smokey Progg I'm too scared) Pikmin 2, just trying to do anything in the Submerged castle, (I've only played that much of this game on wii which was extra hard) Pikmin 3, Ultra Spicy planning, Pikmin 4, having the patience to beat cavern for a king since it was so easy.

The three emporors of Pikmin 4 have one critical weakness. They can be charged immediately once awoken, getting all you pikmin on them at one and murdering them before they scream. So long as you figure out what part of them is the head and back. Got the first one, needed another go round on the second.
Seriously, that charge attack is unfair.

You can do the Smoky Progg in Pikmin 1 deathless by using bomb rocks. You just have to wait until it stands still at one of the onions, then throw a bomb-carrying Pikmin near it, but not at it. The Pikmin will then back up a good distance and throw the bomb rock, dealing decent damage and leaving the Pikmin unscathed. You just need to do this over and over and be patient. With this knowledge I actually find the Smoky Progg to be easier than the Emperor Bulblax.

definitely don't agree that pik 3 is the worst in the series, its probably my favorite after 2, and tbh think its better than 2, just prefer 2 cause nostalgia. Anyways disagree strongly on Submerged Castle being the hardest part of pik 2, its iconic and cool, but any cave in Wistful Wilds is a *lot* harder, especially Dream Den. hell I'd probably say Frontier Cavern & Subtern complex are harder overall than Sub. Castle

how could you hate pikmin 3 and like pikmin 4, genuinely the hardest part of pikmin 4 is trying to stay awake long enough for that game to be over its so easy

I guess it really depends on how you define "Difficult" huh?
If you're trying to get trough it in the fewest amount of days or trying to lose as few pikmin as possible, other parts may become difficult.

Honestly Pikmin 3 is just as good as Pikmin 4.
Maybe that opinion will change once i get around to playing 1 and 2. (yes I am playing them in reverse order, i was born in the Wii era of course I never played most Gamecube games)

The final boss of 3 is unique in the fact, it can barely kill Rock Pikmin. It can only burn or drown them.
