You did forget one Master Psionic class, and it's one of my favorites:
The Psi-Slinger from the New West book, a psionic gunslinger who uses their abilities to do the impressive (ricochet shots are a built-in part of the class, meaning that anyone in range is able to get shot), the impossible (they've got a feature that lets them effectively force pull their guns to them), and the outright ridiculous (they can charge up to 15 rounds in a normal gun with psionic energy, causing the gun to become a megadamage weapon, meaning they can bust a tank with a 9mm). They also passively shrug off laser weapons (not technically entirely, they just reduce damage they deal from MD to SDC, meaning literally any armor in the Rifts books would negate it by the fact it's not MDC), and have access to a Psi-Blade from level 1. Oh, and did I mention that a full 20% of them are Psi-Stalkers?

My head-canon is that palladium magic is some sort of UR energy and concepts from the beginning of time given form by esoteric knowledge . Psionic is the opening of the 3 eye and channeling that power through the charkra points throughout the body so magic power of the universe, psychics power of the self

I love Erick Wujick's work! I've been using Ninjas & Superspies and Mystic China as sourcebooks for decades. At least five campaigns were born out of Mystic China alone.

It's interesting that Psionics are the one thing the Coalition not only tolerates, but often embraces. To a point. You still have to register yourself and essentially be monitored if you're a human psychic and outside of the ones used in the military they're basically second class citizens

Used to love playing psionic characters back in the day. Mindmelters are incredibly fun for a creative player but make sure you talk to your fellow players before doing anything to crazy. I did that and we had a fun game of my character posing as just a guy with a crew of CS deserters using his more subtle powers to hide his nature from the other characters. The other players were in on it and thought it was hilarious.

Beyond supe and tmnt were my intro to palladium before heroes unlimited and the fantasy setting. I remember when rifts had a conversion for the old books which was cool.

Easily one of the best things about both the game and setting. Definitely something Palladium did better than anyone else is psionics and incorporating it into the game. Psi Stalkers to Melters and everything else.

Pathfinder 1e had some amazing psionics ideas, and the Occult classes were, IMO well-done "Psionics among the casters"
