Corona Covid IgG IgM antibodies

IgG means I am gone and IgM means I am there ( G for gone and M for am there)

Sir My wife was tested positive on June 24th after ten days she was tested negative on July 5th!!! At that time she was 8 months pregnant!!! After that she was tested anti body test on August 8th and she got (igm&igg 97.89positive) please tell me that she is still infected with virus!! If yes can others will infect with her
