I love Restream! An amazing tool to run live events that require live streaming on several channels simultaneously and/or some level of pre-recorded content!

I have a question and this is still occurs. My church uses restream can this cause buzzing on a live stream? Or this hardware only?
Here is video of this issue. So far they have checked the wires and that is not the issue
