In this YouTube video, I've curated a dynamic full-body workout routine featuring two fantastic exercises: the 1-Pump Burpee and the Hand to Hand Swing. Get ready to challenge yourself and elevate your fitness game!

Our workout follows a unique ladder format, designed to keep you engaged and push your limits. Here's how it works:

We kick things off with 1 set of 1-Pump Burpee, followed by 10 sets of Hand to Hand Swings. But we're just getting started! The intensity ramps up as we climb the ladder: 2 sets of 1-Pump Burpee and 9 sets of Hand to Hand Swings, then 3 sets of 1-Pump Burpee and 8 sets of Hand to Hand Swings, and so on, until we reach the peak at 10 sets of 1-Pump Burpee and 1 set of Hand to Hand Swing.

Oh, this looks familiar. I started my kettlebell journey with Funk Roberts’ workouts before stumbling into your channel, and this is the same ladder/reverse ladder style Funk loves to use as workout finishers!

I‘m just not in shape enough to do this exercise yet. I’m still following along with you and Angie. Exercises I do regularly are#46, 146, 117, 152, 13 min non stop for my weekday, recently the beginner 25 min.. I’m working up to it. Thank you!

I just found your channel, I am starting a challenge of 50 burpees/50 kb swings (doing 10/10 until get all done) as a finishers after my bodyweight workout.

My preferred variation: light jog in place between doing 10 burpees, then grab kettlebell and bang out 10 swings, then go back to the jog. 10 rounds total. It is a monster of a workout.

Eine frage an alle, welches gewicht empfehlt ihr für clubbells als einsteiger (w mit jahrelanger Erfahrung im gym und mit kettlebells, aber nicht so krass wie angie ;) )?

as a former inmate the Jump Burpee w/ Pushup is the King inside. Everyone nearly that works out does them!!! Brutally effective and efficient!!!

So is 1 swing with 1 arm counted as 1 swing or do we have to swing with each arm to count 1 h to h swing? Thanks. Beginner here. 😅

I did this workout doing 2 pump burpees. It didn't challenge me enough so I rested for 90 seconds then did it again going up and down the ladder unbroken.
