I am hesitant to take MAUI seriously for production it just feels like the adoption rate is low as I see more complaints that praise across social media, furthermore, does MS use MAUI itself like Google uses Flutter?

This was a terrible mistake. Been asking myself this exact same question since it was announced and no, there is no chance Im diving into this at all.

maui is stupid thing, i had to move everything outside of maui project, except views and write own navigation, but still there are problems with firebase. in xamarin i had less problems and even could write tests to it without hacks directly to xamarin project. The inly good thing that now i have independent implementation and can use any type of project as there is only UI part
