I ran into the same problem and had to run my bolt in from the break side, I noticed your bolt is different that's the bolt I need 2014 450 xcf . Thanks for the video I have an idea of what I need now

You probably want to grease the bolt before putting it back on, as you can see it's very much seized due to all the rust on it..

Ok! My issue is finding the torque spec for the bolt...I think it's 60nm but can't seem to find it in the manual. That and the bolt that holds the rear break lever assembly to the frame. ?

What year is this? That bolt goes off on the left side on my 19 sxf 250, not the right side

On a Beta I recently worked on, they ground a flat on the washer flange of that pivot bolt to clear the foot peg bracket. I think I might have posted a video showing that on my channel. A rather novel idea from the factory.
