Join me along as I walk through this amazing fish store! It's huge, theres so much to look at but unfortunately I was low on time and couldn't film everything. I did film a little bit of the gardening section, house plants, and interior/exterior decorations area but I thought that may not be a good fit for this channel so I may upload a video of that for my members soon.

cool tour, Ryo! that one betta at 17:36 was amazing... fins billowing so long it was like a small handkerchief fluttering around the tank.

I always enjoy your store tours. You are so articulate and pace yourself in a way that I feel as if I’m there. So many beautiful stores. Thank you for sharing with us.

Hey, this was my favorite large fish store for years! I lived in Tama from 1996 to 2019.

Nice update Ryo. Are you by chance watching the new series on Disney "Shogun. Its mostly in Japanese, with English subtitles, trying to pick out some words. Language is very interesting and hard to understand. Always loved Japan.

The firebelly newt loves long soft plants on the water bottom and more land and space

What a lovely fish store. It looks so fun. I really want to get a dwarf snakehead, but they are illegal in the US. Its so sad. Great video, Ryo. and seeing the plants would be wonderful.

Channa are love Channa are life. But also those aurantimaculata look way prettier in a dimmed dark planted tank. Their colors just shine.

3:01 Most likely Cynops pyrrhogaster. There are different subspecies, local populations and even transitional forms across Japan (Hokkaido and the most southern islands excluded).
This animal in particular looks like the 'Hiroshima type', this population occurs in Kyushu, Shikoku, Oki and Chugoku region and is characterized by bright red bellies with only a few black spots or even none spots at all. Their breeding behavior is slightly different as well. The male doesn't place its hind leg on the females neck during courtship like in other Japanese fire-bellied newts populations.
Definitely a species worthy to be added to the Ryo Watanabe collection. But most newt enthusiasts end up keeping and breeding different populations of their favorite newt species, so be warned. 😂

Ahh another fish and plant store tour. I was wondering when the next one would drop, and then I go over and check the channel and here it is.

That sure is a neat place. A wide selection of goodies for hobbbyists.

At 3:12 I'm no expert, but could that have been a Japanese species of the Fire-bellied newt? 😅
