Actually nekros can be turned into a power house with one simple change, nourish over his 1. Now i know nourish is just a crazy good helminth but its even more so for ol spooky boy here since the nourish buff WORKS ON HIS SHADOWS. Meaning every time they get hit they do the aoe dmg pulse and all their weapons they fire also get the bonus dmg, a build with 175 range and at least 169 strength means you get nourish and all its benefits, a 100% armor strip (and 80% slow if you use his augment) in the form of his terrify, you can forever keep desecrate active without needing dispoal cause of nourish’s crazy energy economy, and his shadows act as both distractions and dmg dealers due to the benefits of nourish, add in steadfast arcane for random free casts of abilities to easier spam terrify and recast your 4 to keep shadows healthy and you have a genuinely pretty strong frame, i use brief respite and rolling guard for survivability and status negation and its honestly really all he needs when built this way

I really be sleeping on Nekros, man. Had his prime since he first came out (second Frame I farmed on my own). I added his Terrify to my Xaku. All I’m saying is…. 20 floaty void powered guns over your right shoulder plus 70-ish% armor strip, plus 202% damage and 240% range really rips through shit. Fecking can’t wait for Xaku Prime, that Gender Confused Frame (with cake).

Nekros is a nice early game frame, but all the important resources you need later on aren't influenced by desecrate. There used to be a time when he was incredibly useful for survivals, but that time is long gone, too.
I also wish he could summon a giant zombie golem instead of confusingly normal looking units :c

I want to add another Tauforged violet shard to replace the basic violet, but it's honestly not needed.

Replace his 1 with gloom

Nekros is the only frame I still have the original version of. I just remember about 11 years ago, I had the WORST rng on the planet so I just spent days running lephantis. To date the longest grind for me to get a warframe. I can't bring myself to feed him.

NEKROS, WISP, and VAUBAN ARE THE GOD Extra Loot, Major Buffs and Pull All Enemies to One That new Electric Warframe that gives Energy would be another I would want on top so everyone could use their abilities forever.

Nekros is in such a good spot. I just want the shield of shadows to be rolled into his damn ult. But tbh I feel that way about any frame that’s augments feel ‘required’

Yep but so many things to consider
1 hydroid is easier for early game you just need pilfering swarm mod + range and you're good

2 khora is also fine BUT the way to get her is super hard

3. Nekros is good but the viral spread is from helminth so you need deimos entrati rank 3 standing, farm grendel and subsume him to nekros .

4. If your teammates has weapons that doesn't leave corpse it's over

When WF first released on Ps4. I loved using the pad to swip and do the abilities. I think now they just set new users to button push.

I find people don't like farming the same room as my nekros because it's too confusing trying to figure out what's an enemy when all your minions are on the screen. I used to have my energy set to green to help them stand out but since the jade eximus draw instant aggro from other players, that isn't an option anymore

I gave up on getting Nekros after knowing that his augments is from a Syndicate that hates me. Trading is not an option because of Nintendo.
