Mushrooms that are baked from raw, always seem rubbery and don’t have the great mushroom flavor. Instead, before you stuff them, sauté them for about 8 minutes in olive oil and then take them out and let them cool. Then stuff them and follow your recipe. The improvement is immense.

Before the Pandemic, Longhorn Steakhouse had baked creamed spinach on their menu. It was so delicious. The last time I went there, that spinach had been removed from the menu. THE BUBBLE ROOM!!!! Any of their big recipes will do.. but BUBBLE bread would be great, and one or two of their fish dishes. They're awesome. The EDDIE FISHERMAN - which is i think discontinued, but nonetheless legendary... find the recipe for that and you'll go down in Florida history.
