Dells management software is called Dell OpenManage Server Administrator aka OMSA and if you own a Dell server, you need to install this. Dell OMSA tells you when a part is failing and where it is. OpenManage Server Administrator tells you which drive is failing and lets you start flashing a light so you know which one to pull. OMSA also helps you with Dell technical support because it elimnates and number of needless queries.

I'm following this and the step i keep getting stuck on is the login screen. Mine looks a little different asking for hostname/ipaddress and then username and password.
I'm wondering do i input the esxi? With the esxi credentials? This is all running in a VM on the server itself

Looks like there have been some updates since the video was made.
I am only seeing one option instead of the multiple you show, which is the web server. Also the login page is different, As it requires, a hostname along with the username and password.
