The MiG-35 is a modern derivative of the MiG-29A Fulcrum and the MiG-29K Fulcrum-D.
The Su-35S is a modern derivative of the Su-27 Flanker-B.

The su 35's got to be the best looking jet fighter ever built .

Su 35 is a long range multirole fighter with also much load but the MiG 35 is an all weather, short range multirole fighter wich is a bit more agile. The Sukhoi's engine is the poverful AL-41 what has also good endrudance and it's capable to fly around 2400km/h, but the MiG's Klimov engine also has advantages, it has better vectoring wich gives better manoueverability. Both has advanced radar&bvr. The main differences are the following: the Su-35 is a long range multirole fighter&fighter bomber and the MiG-35 is a short range multirole fighter.
By the way both jets are so beautiful on ground and in the air! I love them!

su35 is bigger which gives it longer range and it has more hardpoints for missles drop tanks etc

MiG35 - intended to be sold worldwide. Basically modernized MiG29. Low maintenance cost, not much of a range, but good enough for smaller countries.
SU35 - intended to be their best 4++ fighter prior the Felon. In direct engagement Su would shoot Mig down before Mig could see him on radar, which is the same thing that awaits those F16s.
