Biggest issue for people having back issues are the fact their bowling action mechanics sets them up for failures. This is an issue mostly for side on/semi side on bowlers as I am who have to do the extra work of getting their back leg hip in line with their other hip. That is a hard task since it can be tough but once mastered, you will elongate your bowling life.
