Vivo photos look slightly better in the night. However if you opt for the remaster option or auto filter option on s23ultra or s24ultra it will give similar results in photos ...it will prop up the contrast and shadows which makes the image look more detailed and clear at the cost of looking artificial especially when you view ot on a laptop....by default samsung images are brighter with less of them are neck to neck ...in my testing i found the vivo night pictures to be slightly better and less noisy than my s23 ultra pics in some cases.

The processing and noise reduction algorithm is very good in vivo thanks to the dedicated chip ....

Vivo X100 Pro it´s a better overall camera.
Said that, Samsung "S" camera always improve over the months after released.

I own the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra but prefer most shots taken by the Vivo X100 Pro. The Vivo X100 Pro is available in my country, but I bought the Galaxy S24 Ultra as I feel it is a better overall phone. But, I'm impressed with Vivo X100 Pro's images.

Im proudly watching your video on my X100 pro ❤ best phone of my life but im not comfortable with Chinese rom & couldn't find font's of my choice from their Chinese theme store as language is the biggest barrier, their theme store is in Chinese language, another issue which I just solved was about notifications.. but now im getting all the notifications, its setting is bit tricky but not impossible.. this phone is just best ❤

Vivo seems to edge out S24U by quite a fair bit. Next time, please try the periscope zoom at 60x to see which one is clearer. I have the X100 Pro and I was quite shocked and amazed at the clarity at 60x zoom. The V3 chip for the camera does a fantastic job.

As good as the Vivo X100 Pro is, the phone can only be ordered via importers online in some markets! But for the price, the Vivo X100 can be had for about half price here in the UK. If you not locked into Samsung Eco system or even iOS, and into photography, The Vivo X100 Pro is a tempting purchase!

Vivo clear winner for main and zoom..except for ultrawide video because inferior jn1 limitation. But picture show better compare to samsung..impressive result from vivo.samsung really need to change their 200mp sensor for 1inch 50mp..really perform well on lowlight video.woww..quality vs quantity of pixel speak here

Vivo has done a phenomenal job in image processing. Seriously in most of instances, it clearly outperforms s24 ultra. It is now at par with s24. When a mobile performs well in low light that means it is a very good camera phone. S24 has this weird jello effect in low light video, seems it has degraded from s23. Vivo needs to work on mic quality though, skin tones and color saturation and contrast on human subject ( i guess zeiss mode helps) and also overall contrast of the image ( which seems too much at times).

i can't unseen the amount of editing vivo is putting on most of the photos, the dehaze / clarity slider is cranked wayy up in vivo, , even the blue skies looks cian colored ! its surprising how ppl like that 😅

Didn't mention which mode these shots are taken.. that makes a big difference.

Vivo is better all around better exposure/dynamic range though a bit much overprocessed sometimes, Samsung wins in telephoto side though and much easier at higher focal lengths. Low light video also is also bad at Samsung that exposure compensation is killing my eyes with noise. They need to fix this because otherwise they have the best overall video in every single term with sufficient light
