This was made in a funny way but it actually was solid advice. What's sad for a lot of people is how you said it is the bare minimum in the end because they aren't often doing even half of those in a lot of cases. It really points out how a lot of these people are just depressed and/or have anxiety that can stem from traumas they may or may not seriously know they have.
