I prefer the first option for the roof :) And I say go mid level, might be a better chance, no idea haha

a little bit of a audio desync starting around 28:00, although not sure if its worth fixing that far at the end

Personally, I'd say go for VR over capture card, because I can't view stuff in 4K haha. Also, sure you're aware, but audio is ahead of video towards the end, about halfway it starts, unless I didn't notice it earlier

Maby try to put stairs acrose your whole roof and Let the stairs overhang like that, then you can put mirrored stairs below the hanging bits to give a straighter profile

Are you looking for suggestions for games to play? If it were up to me, there's a few I'd like to see:
1) Rebel Galaxy Outlaw looks interesting, but I know you burned out on the original.
2) Always love a Total War series. I'd take either Warhammer or maybe Shogun 2.
3) BRING BACK DUCK GAME
4) Not sure if you're into city builders, but I've been watching some Cities Skylines recently and I always prefer your videos on strategy games.
5) Hard-mode CK2 as Wales into an EUIV Welsh empire? IDK, just spitballing.

VR is a good bet although with it to get the best out of the video you would have to use the web can. But in the long run the 4k would be better. For the house I think the right way up stairs looks better with a filler block. Minecraft noise is to inducate there is a caven somewhere near you. By the way I think your sound is out by a second.
