Gerstner wooden tool chest repair and renewal back to life!

This is a picture clips progress of a little neglected Gerstner tool chest. I worked on keeping this one out of a scrap bin. Was missing a drawer and in real bad condition. The lamentation wood was separated inside the lid and along the inside back. This needed to be sliced and glue applied and placed under pressure. Removed all old felt, cleaned and added new hardware and felt installed along with black leather a new handle to cover up the black paint someone applied. This little Gerstner will now live a new happy life for my granddaughters jewelry box!
