Dr Cunningham's doctoral thesis was on the role of technology in sports and how to drive adoption.

He specifically dives deep into many of the advanced technologies at @citizensbank Park, such as #WiFi #facialrecognition #touchless payments, and much more.

I also as Cunningham about #aritificialintelligence and how the #Phillies are thinking of using it to improve fan experience but also back office operations

I had no idea that the fan experience has expanded so much. Dr. Cunningham made buying a ticket an expansive experience...I need to go to more games!
