How to fix | Unable To Launch IIS Express Web Server | Port Is In Use | In 3 Minutes

When you develop web projects in Visual Studio, you need a web server to test or run them. Visual Studio lets you test with different web servers, including IIS Express, Internet Information Services (IIS) is the default web server for web application projects in Visual Studio 2012 and Visual Studio 2013, and it is recommended for both web application projects and web site projects.

Sometimes if you have exiting port it will give you a run time error like "Unable to launch the IIS Express Web server.Port '1...' is in use.".

an error occured launching iis express unable to launch the configured visual studio development web server port is in am facing this issue but in properties I just able to see few options not web option ..no project url..app url is there but I tried to change it with different number ...error is not showing but application also is not running..it shows this site can't be reached
